Refund policy

RETURN POLICY  We glady accept returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must meet our requirements for return. Final sale, sample sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to deny a refund or an exchange if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. 

REFUND POLICY  You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your return. Refunds may take up to 14 business days from the date of the email confirmation and will be issued in the form of the original payment or an eGift card. Your bank may require additional time to post the transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billiing cycles for your account to be credited. PayPal returns will be refunded to your PayPal account. Afterpay refunds are initially procesed by Ladson Brown. Afterwards, the refund is sent to AferPay and your payment installment plan is adjusted to reflect the new total order amount. RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD  When returning an item purchased with a gift card, the refund is issued as an eGift card and emailed as soon as the return is processed. Physicial gift cards will only be issued if the refund is for a gift recipient and the email is unknown.

PAYPAL/AFTERPAY EXCHANGES  We only accept even exchanges for PayPal returns. An additional form of payment or credit card is required for uneven exchanges. Afterpay orders cannot be exchanged.

SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS Your satisfaction is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense within 30 days from the date of purchase. Ladson Brown will provide a prepaid shipping label from the carrier of our choice to expedite returns within the United States. Ladson Brown customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Ladson Brown is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service, or lost items or packages.
